The said fower and twentieth day of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Richard Griffin of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands com[m]only called or knowne by the severall name or names of Carrisnaragh and Gortrye in Clandermott aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on two hundred and fourteene acres Irishe measure and allso all waies and passages unto the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or therew[i]th formerly enioyed with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of Eighteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on, Coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and William Simpson beforenamed are conteined. Alexander Tomkins

The said fower and twentieth day of August the said C ommissioners for [and] on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission an d Alexander Tomkins of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Alexander and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland with the appurtenanc[es] in Clandermott aforesaid com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Dromonagore or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on one hundred and ffifteene acres Irishe measure with all wayes and passages to the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or form[er]ly enioyed therewith, with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn Pounds and tenn shillings sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and William Simpson beforenamed are conteined. Richard Griffin

The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Griffin of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Carrisnaragh and Gortree in Clondermot aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred and fourteen acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith formerly enjoyed, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of eighteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and William Simpson beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Griffin have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Alexander Tomkins

The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Alexander Tomkins of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Alexander and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland with the appurtenances in Clondermot aforesaid, commonly called or known by the name of Drumagore, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred and fifteen acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and William Simpson beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Alexander Tompkins do put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
