The Thirtieth day of August in the ffifteenth yeare of his Ma[ies]t[ie]s raigne Annoq[ue] domi[ni] 1639 the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Richard Babington of Urney in the County of Tyrone gent[leman] for and on the behalfe of Richard ffreeman of Gouldsmithes Towne in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Richard ffreeman and his assignes shall have and hold all those Townelands com[m]only called or known by the severall name or names of Drumcurran, Cloug[...] with the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on One hundred fifty and three acres Irishe measure and all C abins edifices and buildings thereupon and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of twenty and sixe pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Robert Younge beforenamed are conteined. The said Thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Richard Babington of Urney in the County of Tyrone gent[leman] for and on the behalfe of Henry Freeman of Gouldsmithes Towne in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Henry and his assignes shall have and hold all those Townelands com[m]only called or knowne by the severall name or names of the Tulloughes al[l]s[o] the Two Tulloughes, Tarquiny, and Cragan, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and conteyninge by estimac[i]on five hundred, seaventie and nyne acres Irishe measure and all Cabyns edifices [and] buildings thereupon, and allso all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of fforty pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts [and] agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]ission[er]s and Robert Younge beforenamed are conteined. Richard Freeman 14

The thirtieth day of August in the fifteenth year of his Majesty’s reign, annoq[ue] domini 1639, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Babington of Urney in the county of Tyrone, gentleman, for and on the behalf of Richard Freeman of Goldsmiths’ Town in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Freeman and his assigns shall have and hold all those townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Drumconan, Cloug[…], with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred fifty and three acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twenty and six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Young beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Babington have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Henry Freeman 15

The said thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Babington of Urney in the county of Tyrone, gentleman, for and on the behalf of Henry Freeman of Goldsmiths’ Town in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Henry and his assigns shall have and hold all those townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of the Tullys, also the two Tullys [Tully Upper and Tully Lower], Tirkeeveny, and Cragan, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and containing by estimation five hundred seventy and nine acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of forty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Young beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Babington have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
