The said fo urth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by ver tue of the said Com[m]ission and Henry O donahie of ffaughenvale in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Henry and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Derriarkyn upp[er] als[o] the higher Derriarkyn with the appurten[an]c[e]s in ffaughenvale aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on three hundred and seaventeene acres Irishe measure and all Cabbins edifices, and buildings thereup[p]on, and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith Exceptinge and reservinge liberty to have and make a watercourse for and to his Ma[ies]t[ie]s Mills in the Grocers Proporc[i]on and with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp [and] Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifteene pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and up[p]on such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Salomon Mc Crener beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Henry O donahie have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said fowerth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Knocker Mc Clamon of Cumber in the late County of Londonderry yeoman henry O donahie of ffaughenvale in the said late County yeoman and Salomon Mc Crener of Cumber aforesaid yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Knocker, Henry, and Salomon and their assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Cloyne Mc Cane with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Cumber aforesaid or b y whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on two hundred acres Irishe measure

and containing by estimation one hundred […]  acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like conditions, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Solomon Mc Crenor beforenamed are contained, saving only that the said Shane is not bound or tied by this agreement to build a house as the said Solomon by his agreement is to do. Henry O’Donnachie .11.

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Henry O’Donnachie of Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Henry and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Derryarkin Upper, also the Higher Derryarkin, with the appurtenances in Faughanvale aforesaid, or by whatsover other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation three hundred and seventeen acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith. Excepting and reserving liberty to have and make a watercourse for and to his Majesty’s mills in the Grocers’ Proportion and with and under such and the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Solomon McCrenor beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Henry O’Donnachie have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Knocker McClamon of Cumber [Cumber Lower] in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, Henry O’Donnachie of Faughanvale in the said late county, yeoman, and Solomon McCrenor of Cumber aforesaid, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Knocker, Henry, and Solomon and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Clonmakane, with the appurtenances, in Cumber [Cumber Lower] aforesaid or by whatsover other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred acres Irish measure
