The said four and twentieth day of August the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Hugh Boyle of Aghanloo in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] and Margarett Boyle widdow mother of the said Hughe do conclude and agree that the said Hughe and Ma rgaret and their assigns shall have and hold one halfe of that Townland commonly called or known by the name of [...] with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aughlowe aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne the said towneland containing by estimac[i]on one hundred [...] acres Irishe measure and allsoe the moiety or one halfe of all houses edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and und er such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and times and with under and uppon such and the like con dition coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Co mmissioners and Margarett mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are conteyned save only that the said Hughe and Margarett are not by this their agreem[en]t bound or tyed to build an house as the said Margarett mc Leland and Robert mc Leland are to doe by their said agreem[en]t. The the said ffower and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Rory mc Brian Bowey of Dungeven in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Rory and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Derriorke with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Dungeven aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and conteining by estimac[i]on two hundred ninety and five acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like ex ceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and Margarett mc Leland and Robert mc Leland are conteined save onely that the said Rory by this agreement is not tyed to have and keepe in readines one muskett furnished as the said Margarett and Robert are by their said agreem[en]t to doe and with this further agreement and uppon condic[i]on that if the said Rory doe not within two yeares now next comeing usually repaire to Churche and in all things conforme himselfe to the orders and discipline of the Church of England that then if the Attorney generall in England of his Majesty his heires and successors for the time being shall under his hand in writeing expresse and declare that it is the will and pleasure of his ma[ies]tie his heires or successors that the said Rory or his assignes shall noe longer hold or enioy the aforesaid p[re]misses that then and from thenceforth this p[re]sent contract and agreement and the grant and lease thereuppon to be made shall cease determine and be void anie thing in these p[rese]nts or in the said grant or lease to be con tained to the contrary thereof in anie wise notwithstanding In witnes whereof the said Commission ers and the said Rory mc Brian Bowey have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Hugh Boyle of Aghanloo in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, and Margaret Boyle, widow, mother of the said Hugh, do conclude and agree that the said Hugh and Margaret and their assigns shall have and hold  one half of that townland commonly called or known by the name of  […], with the appurtenances in Aghanloo aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, the said townland containing by estimation one hundred […] acres Irish measure, and also the moiety or one half of all houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Hugh and Margaret are not by this their agreement bound or tied to build an house as the said Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland are to do by their said agreement. The the said four and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Rory McBrian  Bowey of Dungiven in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Rory and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Derriork, with the appurtenances in Dungiven aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known and containing by estimation two hundred ninety and five acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland are contained, save only that the said Rory by this agreement is not tied to have and keep in readiness one musket furnished as the said Margaret and Robert are by their said agreement to do, and with this further agreement and upon condition that if the said Rory do not within two years now next coming usually repair to church and in all things conform himself to the orders and discipline of the Church of England, that then if the Attorney General in England of his Majesty, his heirs and successors for the time being shall, under his hand in writing, express and declare that it is the will and pleasure of his Majesty, his heirs or successors that the said Rory or his assigns shall no longer hold or enjoy the aforesaid premises, that then and from thenceforth this present contract and agreement and the grant and lease thereupon to be made shall cease, determine, and be void any thing in these presents or in the said grant or lease to be contained to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstanding. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Rory McBrian Bowey have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
