The said tenthe day of August the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Daniell O Cahan of Camos in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] and Patricke mc Allestur of Aghadowey in the said late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Daniell and Patrick and their assignes shall have and hold all that towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Clounty with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aghadowey aforesaid or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on two hundred and twenty acres Irishe measure of land pasture and bogg and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the s[ai]d Com[missioner]s and Robert Burden beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Patrick onely and not the said Daniell is by this agreem[en]t to keepe and have in readines one muskett furnished in such manner as the said Robert Burden by his said agreem[en]t is to doe In witnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Daniell O Cahan and Patrick mc Allester have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said tenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Daniel O’Cahan of Camus [Macosquin] in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, and Patricke McAlaster of Aghadowey in the said late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Daniel and Patrick and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Clintagh with the appurtenances in Aghadowey aforesaid, or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred and twenty acres Irish measure of land, pasture, and bog, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Patrick only, and not the said Daniel, is by this agreement to keep and have in readiness one musket furnished in such manner as the said Robert Burden by his said agreement is to do. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Daniel O’Cahan and Patrick McAlaster have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
