The said seventeenth day of August the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said commission and Manus Oge O Merregy of Errigal in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Manus Oge O Merregy and his assignes shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or knowne by the name of [...] with the appurtenances in Errigell aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimation [...] and five acres Irish measure and all Cabbins edifices and buildings thereup[p]on and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or forme rly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons for the term of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Nyne pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and ty mes and with under and up[p]on such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts an d agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m] issioners and and Robert Burden beforenamed are conteined save onl y that the said Manus is not by this agreem[en]t to have [and] keepe in readi ness one Muskett furnished as the said Robert is by his said Agreemen t to do And with this further agreem[en]t and up[p]on condic[i]on that if the said Manus shall not within two yeares now next com[m]inge usually r epayre to Churche and in all things conforme himselfe to the orders an d discipline of the Church of England that then this p[re]sent con tract and the lease thereup[p]on to be made shall be voyd if his Ma[ies]tie plea se soe to declare it In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s and the said Manus Oge O Merregy have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Randall Johnson 14.

The said seaventeenth day of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Randall Johnson of Desert Toughill in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Randall and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Coolebane with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Desert Toughill aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred and three acres Irishe measure and all Cabbins Edifices and buildings thereup[p]on and allso all wayes and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and up[p]on such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are contained In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s and the said Randall Johnson have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said seventeenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Manus Oge O’Merregy of Errigal in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Manus Oge O’Merregy and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of […] with the appurtenances in Errigal aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation […] and five acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and and Robert Burden beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Manus is not by this agreement to have and keep in readiness one musket furnished as the said Robert is by his said agreement to do. And with this further agreement and upon condition that if the said Manus shall not within two years now next coming usually repair to church and in all things conform himself to the orders and discipline of the Church of England, that then this present contract and the lease thereupon to be made shall be void if his Majesty please so to declare it. Randall Johnson 14.

The said seventeenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Randall Johnson of Desertoghill in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Randall and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Cuilbane with the appurtenances in Desertoghill aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred and three acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds sterlinge payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Randall Johnson have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
