and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Neale ffullerton beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said Thomas Churche is not by this agreement tyed to find a pike and corslett furnished nor to divide the p[re]misses into more closes then the same now are In witnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Churche have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Neil Fullerton beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Thomas Church is not by this agreement tied to find a pike and corslet furnished nor to divide the premises into more closes then the same now are. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Church have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
