that shal[l] be made thereof shall new incoppice the same with sufficient fences and enclosures after the manner and usage in England and shall allsoe p[re]serve and keepe uppon every acre of the foresaid ten acres at every felling and cutting thereof thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make ti mber trees And that his ma[ies]tie wil[l] be graciously pleased to ratifie and confirme this agreement by his l[ett]res patent under the great Seale of England and that the said Thomas Churche shall coven[a]nt and grant thereby for him his heires executors administrators and assignes to p[er]forme what is hereby agreed on his part And the said Thomas Churche doth humbly desire his ma[ies]tie to be gratiously pleased to make and create the said late Mannor of Mercers and all the lands in the foresaid p[ro]porc[i]on the same to be called by such name as to his ma[ies]tie shall seeme fitt with a Court Barron the said Thomas Churche and his assignes to have and keepe the said Court Barron by his sufficient Steward according to the lawes and customes of England and have all the fines issues amerciaments and p[ro]fitts of the said Court during the said terme and make keepe and deliver the said book of the said Court as of the said Court leete Except and allwaies reserving to his Majesty all the rents and reliefes of all and everie the ffreeholders and others houlden or to be holden of the said Mannor In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Thomas Church have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England, and that the said Thomas Church shall covenant and grant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. And the said Thomas Church doth humbly desire his Majesty to be graciously pleased to make and create the said late Manor of Mercers and all the lands in the foresaid Proportion, the same to be called by such name as to his Majesty shall seem fit, with a court baron, the said Thomas Church and his assigns to have and keep the said court baron by his sufficient Steward according to the laws and customs of England, and have all the fines, issues, amerciaments, and profits of the said court during the said term, and make, keep, and deliver the said book of the said court as of the said court leet. Except and always reserving to his Majesty all the rents and reliefs of all and every the freeholders and others holden or to be holden of the said manor. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Church have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
