The ffi ve and twentieth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Commission and James Taylor of Killreaghe aforesaid husba ndman and Richard Walter of Ballisculley in the late county of Londonderry Mercer doe conclude and agree that the said James and Richard and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and twenty acres of arrable land and woody ground Irish measure in Killreaghe aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said James Taylor or his assignes and allsoe all waies and passages unto the premisses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like exceptions and for the same terme of one and twenty yeares from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned saveing onely that the said James and Richard are not to find a muskett furnished In witnes where of the said commissioners [and] the said James Taylor and Richard Walter have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Edward Patten 11.

The said five and twentieth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Edward Patten of Killreaghe aforesaid yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Edward Patten and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and all buildings thereupon or thereunto belonging and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Edward Patten or his assignes And all those lands pasture ground woodie ground and bogg with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred threescore and tenn acres Irish measure and lyeing and being within the Towne land called Erina als[o] Ergina and in the parishe of Killreaghe aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Edward or his assignes and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any parte thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such like excepc[i]ons and for the same terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for [and] under the yearly rent of Tenn pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such days and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Edward and his assignes shall yearly during the said terme plant and p[re]serve tenn trees of oake ashe or ellme uppon the p[re]misses in such manner as the said James and his assignes are to plant and p[re]serve three trees of oake ashe or ellme yearly In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Edward Patten have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The five and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and James Taylor of Kilrea aforesaid, husbandman, and Richard Walter of Ballyscullion in the late county of Londonderry, mercer, do conclude and agree that the said James and Richard and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances, and twenty acres of arable land and woody ground Irish measure in Kilrea aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said James Taylor or his assigns, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the same term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, saving only that the said James and Richard are not to find a musket furnished. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said James Taylor and Richard Walter have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Edward Patten 11.

The said five and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Patten of Kilrea aforesaid, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Edward Patten and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside, with the appurtenances and all buildings thereupon or thereunto belonging, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward Patten or his assigns. And all those lands, pasture ground, woody ground, and bog with the appurtenances, containing by estimation one hundred three-score and ten acres Irish measure, and lying and being within the townland called Erina, also Ergina [Erganagh], and in the parish of Kilrea aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward or his assigns, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such like exceptions and for the same term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Edward and his assigns shall yearly during the said term plant and preserve ten trees of oak, ash, or elm upon the premises in such manner as the said James and his assigns are to plant and preserve three trees of oak, ash, or elm yearly. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Edward Patten have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
