The said ffiv e and twentieth of July the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vert ue of the said Commission and Gilb[er]t Brookes of Killreaghe aforesaid Taylor and Ann Michell of Killreaghe aforesaid widdow doe conclude and agree that the sai d Gilbert and Ann and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside and ffive and twenty acres of land and woodie gound Irish measu re with the appurten[a]nc[e]s in Killreaghe aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occu pation of the said Gilb[er]t Brookes and Ann Michell or one of them their or one of their assignes and allsoe all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belong ing or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past and for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by [th]e said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Gilbert and Ann are not to find or mainteyne one muskett furnished In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Gilbert [and] Ann have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said ffive and twentieth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and S[i]r Thomas Staples of Lysson in the county of Tirone kn ight and Barronett doe conclude and agree that the said S[i]r Thomas Staples and his assignes shall have and hold All those six Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall names of Dunglady Ternigera Ternigarwal als[o] Turnigarwell, Amforglane, Ballimoney and Kedy or by whatsovever name or names the same be called or knowne by lyeing and being in the late countie of Londonderry and conteining in the whole by estimac[i]on of land pasture meadow bogg wood and wast [...] thousand fower hundred fifty and ffive acres Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said S[i]r Thomas Staples or his assignes and allsoe

In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Watkin and Charles William have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said five and twentieth of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Gilbert Brooks of Kilrea aforesaid, tailor, and Ann Michell of Kilrea aforesaid, widow, do conclude and agree that the said Gilbert and Ann and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside, and five and twenty acres of land and woody gound Irish measure, with the appurtenances in Kilrea aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Gilbert Brooks and Ann Michell or one of them, their, or one of their assigns, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, and for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Gilbert and Ann are not to find or maintain one musket furnished.
