The seaven and twentieth day of the said July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Collins of Killreaghe in the late county of Londonderry Clercke doe conclude and agree that the said Richard Collins and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t in Killreaghe [...] the said Richard Collins and one garden and backside thereunto bel onging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and all those lands pastures woody grounds and bogg contein ing by estimation ffowerscore and two acres Irish measure and al[...] Collins and [...] all w[hi]ch p[re]misses are in Killreaghe afore said and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Richard Collins Humfry Jones James Getty and [...] some or one of their assignes and all waies and passages unto the p[re]mis es or any part thereof belonging or formerly used therewith excepting and reserving unto his Majesty his heires and successors all that bogg lyeing next to the towne of Kilrea afore said for the ten[a]nts and inhabitants of Killreaghe aforesaid for the t ime being and with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly re nt of [...] pounds thirteene shillings and ffower pence sterling paiable in such manner and at such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic ion covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and the said James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Collins have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said seaven and twentieth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Whitfeld of Whiteswall in the county of Killkenny Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Whitfeld and his assignes shall have and hold all those three Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall names of [...]ly als[o] Killea ffallihoge and Monisallyn with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s or by whatsoever [...] other names the same or any of them be called or knowne and allsoe one halfe of one [...] Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Moyknocke with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne All w[hi]ch premises are situate lyeing and being in the parishe of Killreaghes Towlatt Ocrely in the late county of Londonderry and now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of S[i]r Thomas Staples knight and Barronett or his assignes and conteining by estimac[i]on one thousand and twenty acres of meadow pasture land wood woodie ground, bogg, mosse and wast Irish measure and allsoe all that Towneland with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s commonly called or knowne by the name of Lisnagroate als[o] Lisnegrote with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne by lyeing and being in Tawlaght O’Crilly aforesaid conteyning by estimac[i]on ffive hundred and seaventy acres Irish measure of land pasture meadow wood woodground bogg and wast and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of William Hutchins and Ga[...]ellips or one of [...]

The seven and twentieth day of the said July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Collins of Kilrea in the late county of Londonderry, clerk, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Collins and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement in Kilrea […] the said Richard Collins, and one garden and backside thereunto belonging, with the appurtenances, and all those lands, pastures, woody grounds, and bog, containing by estimation four-score and two acres Irish measure, and al[…] Collins and […], all which premises are in Kilrea aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard Collins, Humphrey Jones, James Getty, and […] some or one of their assigns, and all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly used therewith, excepting and reserving unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors all that bog lying next to the town of Kilrea afore said for the tenants and inhabitants of Kilrea aforesaid for the time being, and with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of […] pounds thirteen shillings and four pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the said James Carnohan beforenamed are contained. All which premises are situate lying and being in the parish of Kilrea, Tamlaght O’Crilly in the late county of Londonderry, and now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of Sir Thomas Staples, knight and baronet, or his assigns, and containing by estimation one thousand and twenty acres of meadow, pasture land, wood, woody ground, bog, moss and waste Irish measure, and also all that townland with the appurtenances commonly called or known by the name of Lisnagroate, also Lisnegrote [Lisnagrot], with the appurtenances or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known by lying and being in Tamlaght O’Crilly aforesaid, containing by estimation five hundred and seventy acres Irish measure of land, pasture, meadow, wood, woodground, bog, and waste, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of William Hutchins and Ga[…]ellips or one of […]
