The second day of the said Moneth of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Tristram Beresford of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry th[e] elder Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said Tristram Beresford his heires and assignes shall have and hold for e ver all those tenn severall Townelands com[m]only called or know n by the severall name or names of Callneman Moneydeege th[...] Moykillmore Cakena Boveagh Mayohills [and] Moyohills also the two Moyohills and Coulromer with the appurten ances or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of the m be called or knowne And all Cabbins howses cottages edifices and buildings thereup[p]on, All w[hi]ch premisses were heretofore the lands and possessions of Manus Mac Qui Vally O Cahan and beinge in the parishes of Aghadowye and Desert Towghell within the Proportion of land called the the Iro[n]mongers Proportion or late Manor of Lizard in the late County of Londonderry and allso all ways and passages to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof belonging or therewith enioyed, Except and allwaies reserved unto his Majesty his heirs and Successors, All Mynes and also all timber and timber trees growinge or being or which her eafter shall grow or be in or up[p]on the p[re]misses or any part th ereof and liberty to fell cut downe and carry away the same and liberty to hawk hunt ffishe and ffowle up[p]on the p remises at reasonable and convenient times and allso reservinge and excepting unto his Majesty his heires and Successors all the ffishin g and taking of salmon Eeles and other ffishe in the Rivers and fishings of Bann Loughfoyle, L ough Neagh al so Lough Sidney and in all the Creaks rivers and streams within the province of Ulster and every of them and all the ground and soil of the said rivers creaks and stream s with free liberty ingress egress and regresse for the Ten ants occupiers and fishers of the said Rivers [and] ffishings, and the ir servants and assigns to build and make howses, shedds [and] other convenient places for lodging of ffishermen [and] others to be imp loyed in and about the said rivers creeks and ffishings or a ny of them and to stand and draw their nets and carry the ir fish on land and dry and amend

The second day of the said month of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Tristram Beresford of Coleraine in the late county of Londonderry, the elder, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said Tristram Beresford, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold for ever all those ten several townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Culnaman, Moneydig, th[…] Moykillmore, Caheny, Bovagh, Mayohills, and Moyohills, also the two Moyohills [Mayoghill], and Cullyramer, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known. And all cabins, houses, cottages, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises were heretofore the lands and possessions of Manus McCoey Ballagh O’Cahan and being in the parishes of Aghadowey and Desertoghill within the Proportion of land called the Ironmongers’ Proportion or late Manor of Lizard in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. Except and always reserved unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors all mines and also all timber and timber trees growing or being. or which hereafter shall grow or be. in or upon the premises or any part thereof, and liberty to fell, cut down, and carry away the same, and liberty to hawk, hunt, fish, and fowl upon the premises at reasonable and convenient times, and also reserving and excepting unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors all the fishing and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the Rivers and fishings of Bann, Lough Foyle, Lough Neagh, also Lough Sidney, and in all the creeks, rivers, and streams within the province of Ulster and every of them, and all the ground and soil of the said rivers, creeks, and streams, with free liberty, ingress, egress, and regress for the tenants, occupiers, and fishers of the said rivers and fishings, and their servants and assigns to build and make houses, sheds, and other convenient places for lodging of fishermen and others to be employed in and about the said rivers, creeks, and fishings or any of them, and to stand and draw their nets, and carry their fish on land, and dry and amend
