by estimac[i]on one hundred ffowerscore and fowerteene acres Irishe measure also all ways and passages unto the premisses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewi th with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and James Young beforenamed are conteined with this further agreement that the said George and James Hartson and their assignes shall within two yeares now next comeing fence inclose and incopice with dikes and double quicksett tenn acres of Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds p[ar]cell of the foresaid p[re]misses and the same fences and inclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keepe as Copicewoods from hurt and spoile during the said terme and uppon every fell that shal[l] be made thereof shall new incopice the same after the manner and usage in England and shall allsoe preserve and keepe upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods soe to be incopiced thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oake or ashe fitt to make timbertrees. The foresaid three and twentieth day of September the foresaid Commission[er]s for [and] on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Allison and William Jackson of Desert Lynn in the late county of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said John Allison and William Jackson and their assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Bally mc Gillhenney with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Desert Lynn aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred twenty and two acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part ther[e]of belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twelve pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and George Elliott James Patterson William Wittie and John Kennadie beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said John Allison and William Jackson are not by this agreement tyed to build a house as the said George Elliott James Patterson William Witty and John Kennady by their said agreement are to doe In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said John and William have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The foresaid three and twentiethe day of September the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Redferne of Magherafelt in the late countie of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that [th]e said John and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Tawna Deas al[l]s[o]e Tawenny disse with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magherafelt aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on two hundred threescore and tenn acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower and twenty pounds
by estimation one hundred four-score and fourteen acres Irish measure, also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of four and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said George and James Hartson and their assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett ten acres of Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil during the said term, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods, so to be encoppiced, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak or ash fit to make timber trees. The foresaid three and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Allison and William Jackson of Desertlyn in the late county of Londonderry, do conclude and agree that the said John Allison and William Jackson and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Ballymuckleheany with the appurtenances in Desertlyn aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred twenty and two acres Irish measure with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and George Elliott, James Patterson, William Witty, and John Kennedy beforenamed are contained, save only that the said John Allison and William Jackson are not by this agreement tied to build a house as the said George Elliott, James Patterson, William Witty, and John Kennedy by their said agreement are to do.
