The foresaid four and twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Marshall of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, taylor, do conclude and agree that the said Edward and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement lately built by the said Edward at his proper costs and charges, and one garden and backside and also one piece or parcel of land with the appurtenances, containing by estimation eight acres Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward Marshall or his assigns, and are lying and being in Magherafelt aforesaid, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are contained. The foresaid four and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Axfield of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, husbandman, do conclude and agree that the said Robert and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances, and three pieces or parcels of land with the appurtenances, containing by estimation seventeen acres and two perches Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, and are lying and being in Magherafelt aforesaid, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Hester Matchett beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said Robert and his assigns shall during the foresaid term have and keep in readiness upon the premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, one musket furnished in such manner as the same shall be allowed of by the Muster Master of the county in which the premises are for the time being.
