ffeast of Ph illip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Sixeteene pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and up[p]on such further and the like cond ition covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com missioners and Robert Hall and Thomas Robinson beforenamed are conteyned, with this further agreem[en]t that the said Robert and his assignes sh all within three yeares now next com[m]inge ffence inclose and Inc oppice with dikes and double quicksett sixe acres of Irishe measure of the w oods and woodgrounds p[ar]cell of the aforesaid p[re]misses, and the same ffen ces and enclosures shall well and sufficiently p[re]serve and keepe as Coppi cewoods from hurt or spoyle duringe the said terme, and up[p]on every fell that shall be made thereof shall new Incoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall allso p[re]serve and keepe up[p]on every acre of the aforesaid Woodground up[p]on every fellinge [and] cuttinge of the said woods so to be Incoppiced thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make tymber trees, And that the said Robert and his assignes shall within five yeares nowe next coming remove from the p[re]misses all such Irish people as shall not within that time conforme themselves to the orders and disciplyne of the Church of England, and plant the p[re]misses with Brittish people In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Robert Semple have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Ninth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Richard Benson and Richard Jackson of Elaugh Castle in the County of Donnagall gent[lemen] doe conclude and agree that the said Richard Benson and Richard Jackson and their assigns shall att their prop[er] Costs and chardges within three yeares now next coming erect, build and fully finishe one or more Watercorne mill or mills of stone, brick, or tymber in some convenient place or places upon or within the Townelands of Tully, Colduffe Ballyekillahan Lisbunny, Salleboyle and Slateloobe or some or one of them lyinge [and] beinge within the late Mannor of Pellipar or proporc[i]on of land called the Skynners Proporc[i]on in the late County of Londonderry And that the said Richard Benson , and Richard Jackson and their assignes shall have and hold the said Mill or Mills so as aforesaid to be built and all the moulture soake and grindinge of Mault, Corne, and graine att or in the said Mill or Mills after the building thereof of the Ten[a]nts and Inhabitants of the aforesaid severall Townelands of Tully Colduffe Ballyekillahan, Lisbaney Sallaboyle, Slateloobe, and allso of the Townelands called Tonduffe Ardgrewen, Maycoshell, Lackagh, Gortnskiath, Cloghoge, Brackmoy, Littermeyer, Killcaran, Gortnerane, Carnon, Altahoney, Ballidanagan, Tamnyheany, ColleMonty, and Longe, within the said late Mannor and Proporc[i]on called the Skynners Proporc[i]on and every of them and all waies and passages unto the aforesaid Mill or Mills so as aforesaid to be built, and Watercourses and waterlayes for bringinge of water to the said Mill or Mills so as aforesaid to be built for the term of

feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of sixteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Hall and Thomas Robinson beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said Robert and his assigns shall, within three years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett six acres of Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the aforesaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt or spoil during the said term, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the aforesaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods so to be encoppiced, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees. And that the said Robert and his assigns shall, within five years now next coming, remove from the premises all such Irish people as shall not within that time conform themselves to the orders and discipline of the Church of England, and plant the premises with British people. The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Benson and Richard Jackson of Elagh castle in the county of Donegal, gentlemen, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Benson and Richard Jackson and their assigns shall, at their proper costs and charges within three years now next coming, erect, build, and fully finish one or more water corn mill or mills of stone, brick, or timber, in some convenient place or places upon or within the townlands of Tully, Claudy, Ballycallaghan, Lisbunny, Sallowilly, and Loughtilube, or some or one of them, lying and being within the late Manor of Pellipar or Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion in the late county of Londonderry. And that the said Richard Benson and Richard Jackson and their assigns shall have and hold the said mill or mills so as aforesaid to be built, and all the multure, soak, and grinding of malt, corn, and grain at or in the said mill or mills after the building thereof, of the tenants and inhabitants of the aforesaid several townlands of Tully, Claudy, Ballycallaghan, Lisbunn, Sallowilly, Loughtilube, and also of the townlands called Toneduff, Ardground, Maycoshell, Lackagh, Gortnaskey, Cregg, Brackfield, Lettermire, Killcaran, Gortinreid, Carnon, Altaghoney, Ballydonegan, Tamneyagan, Coolnamonan, and Ling, within the said late manor and Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion, and every of them, and all ways and passages unto the aforesaid mill or mills so as aforesaid to be built, and watercourses and waterlays for bringing of water to the said mill or mills so as aforesaid to be built, for the term of
