The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Brian O’Cahan McDermott […] of […] in the late county of Londonderry gentleman and Dudley Phillips of […] aforesaid, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said Brian […] and Dudley and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Toneduff with the appurtenances in Cumber Lower in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings upon the premises, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fourteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Hall and Thomas Robinson beforenamed are contained. And also all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Glenlough with the appurtenances in Comer, also Cumber [Cumber Upper], in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eleven pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Hall and Thomas Robinson beforenamed are contained.
