The said Ninth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John Ingge of Dungevyn in the late County of Londonderry yeoman Doe conclude and agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold All that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Ballemonan with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Dungeven aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteyninge by estimac[i]on two hundred and eight acres Irishe measure and all Cabyns edifices, [and] buildings thereup[p]on and allso all waies [and] passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterlinge, paiable in such manner [and] att such daies and tymes and with under and up[p]on such further and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Robert Hall and Thomas Robinson beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said John Ingge have sett to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Ninth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Thomas Smith of Newtowne in the late County of Londonderry Tanner doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas and his assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands com[m]only called or knowne by the severall name or names of Derry Duffe and Terwollan with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Dungeven in the said late County or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne and conteininge by estimac[i]on two hundred and three acres Irishe measure and all Cabyns edifices and buildings thereup[p]on and allso all waies and passages to the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eleaven pounds and tenn shillings paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and up[p]on such further and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid agreement

The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and John Ingge of Dungiven in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Ballymonan with the appurtenances in Dungiven aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred and eight acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon, such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Hall and Thomas Robinson beforenamed are contained. The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Thomas Smith of Limavady in the late county of Londonderry, tanner, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Derryduff and Tirgoland with the appurtenances in Dungiven in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known and containing by estimation two hundred and three acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eleven pounds and ten shillings payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement
