The said ninthe day of September the said Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of [th]e said Commission and Bryan oge o Cahan gent[leman] for and on the behalfe of Seva o Mullan widdow and Tomlyn O Mullan her sonne doe conclude and agree that the said Seva and Tomlin and their assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Coolnemoney als[o] Colenomonan with th[e] appurten[an]c[e]s in Bannacher als[o] Bannacher cum Dungevin in the late county of Londonderry or by whatosever other name or names the same be called or kno wn and all cabins edifices and buildings thereupon and allsoe all waies and passages to the afo resaid premises or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th and under such and the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Six pounds and ffive shilling[e]s sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissionners and Owen Oge O Haggan beforenamed are conteined save onely that [th]e said Seva and Tomlyn are not by this agreement tyed to build an house as the said Owen by his said agreement is to doe In witnes whereof the said Commissioners [and] the said Bryan oge o Cahan have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The tenthe day of the said monethe of September the said Commissioners for on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Shane O Haggan Henry O Haggan and Donell [...] of Ballinescreene in the late county of Londonderry gent[lemen] doe conclude and agree that the said Shane Henry and Donnell and their assignes shall have and hold all those fower townelands and one halfe Towneland commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Tullagh tonnaghe Shadrumdollogan Lebby Drummare Monygrogan and Brackee with th[e] appurtenanc[e]s in Ballinescreene aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or anie of them be called or knowne and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all ways and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Ph illip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of

The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Brian Oge O’Cahan, gentleman, for and on the behalf of Seva O’Mullan, widow, and Tomlin O’Mullan, her son, do conclude and agree that the said Seva and Tomlin and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Coolnemoney, also Colenomonan [Coolnamonan], with the appurtenances in Banagher, also Banagher cum Dungivin, in the late county of Londonderry or by whatosever other name or names the same be called or known, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of six pounds and five shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissionners and Owen Oge O’Haggan beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Seva and Tomlin are not by this agreement tied to build an house as the said Owen by his said agreement is to do.
