The said tenth day of July the said Commissioners and James Wilson of Colerane Pedler doe agree that the said James and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage and garden w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid and now in the occupac[i]on of the said James or his assignes for the like terme and under [th]e yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling paiable in such man[n]er and w[i]th and upon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteyned in the foresaid agreement by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said tenth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and George Godfrey Swordbearer of the Towne of Colerane doe conclude and agree that the said George Godfrey and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or Tenem[en]t garden and backside w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and two closes or parcells of land and pasture conteining by estimac[i]on fourty and two acres Irish measure w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid and all edifices [and] buildings thereuppon All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the the tenure or occupac[i]on of Edward Deason or his assignes w[i]th all wayes and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of ffifteene pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Andrew th[e] elder beforenamed are conteyned. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Cook and Thomasin Cook have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

James Wilson 91.

The said tenth day of July, the said commissioners and James Wilson of Coleraine, peddler, do agree that the said James and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and garden with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and now in the occupation of the said James or his assigns, for the like term, and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.

George Godfrey

The said tenth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Godfrey, Swordbearer of the town of Coleraine, do conclude and agree that the said George Godfrey and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances, and two closes or parcels of land and pasture containing by estimation forty and two acres Irish measure, with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and all edifices and buildings thereupon. All which premises now are or late were in the the tenure or occupation of Edward Deason or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Andrew, the elder, beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said George Godfrey have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
