The said ffifteenth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Paul Brasier and John Hatton two of the Aldermen of Colerane doe conclude and agree that the said Paul and John and their assignes shall have and hold All that cottage or tenement and backside thereunto adioyning and all that house w[i]th a tann house garden and yard and all buildings thereupon adioining or neere unto [...]ing Alley in Colerane aforesaid All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Paul and John or one of them or their or one of their assigns [...] and being in Colerane aforesaid for the terme of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling paiable in such manner and with uppon and under such further and the like agreem[en]ts coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the said Robert Scoles beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Paul [and] John have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said ffifteenth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Garvan of Colerane aforesaid husbandman doe conclude and agree that the said John Garvan and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage or tenement with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and one close conteining by estimac[i]on tenn acres and one rood Irish measure in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Garvan or his assignes and allsoe one close of arrable land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid containing by estimac[i]on two and twenty acres and three roods Irish measure and now or late in the tenure of occupac[i]on of James Patterson th[e] elder or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of Tenn pounds sterling paiable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like condition covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and [...]

And that his Majesty will be pleased to confirm this agreement by his letters patents under the Great Seal of England. And the said William Parrott and Richard Smith shall covenant thereby for them and either of them and the heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of them and either of them to perform what is hereby agreed on their parts. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said William Parrott and Richard Smith have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said fifteenth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Paul Brasier and John Hatton, two of the Aldermen of Coleraine, do conclude and agree that the said Paul and John and their assigns shall have and hold all that cottage or tenement and backside thereunto adjoining, and all that house with a tan house, garden, and yard, and all buildings thereupon adjoining or near unto […]ing Alley in Coleraine aforesaid. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Paul and John or one of them or their or one of their assigns, […] and being in Coleraine aforesaid, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the said Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. The said fifteenth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Garvan of Coleraine aforesaid, husbandman, do conclude and agree that the said John Garvan and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage or tenement with the appurtenances and one close containing by estimation ten acres and one rood Irish measure in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John Garvan or his assigns, and also one close of arable land with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, containing by estimation two and twenty acres and three roods Irish measure and now or late in the tenure of occupation of James Patterson, the elder, or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and […]
