The said Eighteenth day of July the said Com missioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Tristram Beresford of Colerane aforesaid th[e] elder Esquire doe conclude and agree that the said Tristram Beresford and his assignes shall have and hold All that messuage or tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Tristram Beresford or his assignes eleaven closes or p[ar]cells of land meadow and pasture with their app urtenances in Colerane aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on ffowerscore and seaven acres Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Tristram Beresford and Richard Parrham or one of them their or one of their assignes and all houses stables edifices and buildings thereupon or thereunto belonging with all waies and passages thereunto belonging or formerly enio yed therewith. Excepting and reserving unto his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors all that peece or p[ar]cell of bogg with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane afo resaid conteining by estimac[i]on two and twenty acres and two roods Irish measure and adioining to the foresaid premisses and all timber and timber trees mynes and quarryes in upon or belonging to the p[re]misses or any part thereof and reasonable and convenient wayes and passages over the p[re]misses for other ten[a]nts of his ma[ies]ties other lands and to digg fetch and carry away bogg out and from the foresaid bogg for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip [and] Jacob now last past and under the yearly rent of Thirty p ounds sterling paiable unto his Majesty his heires and successors into the Re ceipt of his Majesty’s Exchequer in England or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty his heirs and successors for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry also Derry and Coleraine

[…] or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of seventeen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Eaton beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement, exception, and reservation unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors of all the fishings and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the River of Bann, with free liberty for his Majesty, his heirs, and successors, and his and their tenants and farmers and the fishers of the said river to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsover upon the premises concerning the said fishings. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Barwick have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Tristram Beresford esquire 143.

The said eighteenth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Tristram Beresford of Coleraine aforesaid, the elder, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said Tristram Beresford and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Tristram Beresfored or his assigns, eleven closes or parcels of land, meadow, and pasture with their appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid containing by estimation four-score and seven acres Irish measure, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Tristram Beresford and Richard Parrham or one of them, their, or one of their assigns, and all houses, stables, edifices, and buildings thereupon or thereunto belonging, with all ways and passages thereunto belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith. Excepting and reserving unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors all that piece or parcel of bog with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, containing by estimation two and twenty acres and two roods Irish measure and adjoining to the foresaid premises, and all timber and timber trees, mines, and quarries in, upon, or belonging to the premises or any part thereof, and reasonable and convenient ways and passages over the premises for other tenants of his Majesty’s other lands, and to dig, fetch, and carry away bog out and from the foresaid bog for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and under the yearly rent of thirty pounds sterling payable unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors, into the receipt of his Majesty’s Exchequer in England, or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry, also Derry, and Coleraine
