The said twentieth day of September the said Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said Commission and John Hodgeskinson John Witty and Ann Wright of Kilcronaghan in the late county of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said John Hodgkinson John Wittie and Ann Wright and th eir assigns shall have and hold all that Towneland with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Killcronaghan aforesaid commonly called or knowne by the name of Drumballihagan or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one h undred [...] seaven acres Irishe measure and allsoe all waies and passages to the foresaid premisses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed there with with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on cove[n]ants and agreem[en]ts as in the a foresaid agreement made by the said commission[er]s and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained save onely that the said John Hodgkinson John Witty and Ann Wright are not by this agreement tyed to incoppice anie part of the foresaid p[re]misses In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the s aid John John and Ann have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said twentieth day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Rowley of Tubbermore in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called Drumcrowe als[o] Ballintraghe als[o] [...] with th[e] appurt enances in Maghera in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of [...] conteining by estimac[i]on ninety and [...] acres Irishe measure and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly en joyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the term of one and twenty y ears from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agree ment made by the said Commissioners and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said William Rowley is not by this agreem[en]t tyed or bound to build an house as the said Michaell and Bryan by their said agreement are to doe In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Rowley have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Rowley of Tobermore in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called Drumcrow, also Ballintraghe, also […], with the appurtenances in Maghera in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known and now or late in the tenure or occupation of […], containing by estimation ninety and […] acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained, save only that the said William Rowley is not by this agreement tied or bound to build an house as the said Michael and Brian by their said agreement are to do.
