The foresaid six and twentiethe day of September the foresaid Commissioners for a nd on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Ambrose Lewin of Balliscullen in the late countie of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said A mbrose and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement lately built by the s aid Ambrose att his owne prop[er] costs and chardges and the kill stable and other edifices and the backside garden and orchard thereunto belonging or adioining and one parcell of land containing by estimac[i]on one acre and a halfe Irishe measure with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Balliscullion aforsaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Ambrose or his assig ns and allsoe all those peeces or parcells of the Towneland called Killaberry and conteining by estimac[i]on fourtie acres Irishe measure in Balliscullen aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Ambrose or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re] mises or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[missioner]s and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained save onely that the said Ambrose is [...]

The foresaid six and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Ambrose Lewin of Ballyscullion in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Ambrose and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement lately built by the said Ambrose at his own proper costs and charges, and the kill, stable, and other edifices, and the backside, garden, and orchard thereunto belonging or adjoining, and one parcel of land containing by estimation one acre and a half Irish measure, with the appurtenances in Ballyscullion aforsaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Ambrose or his assigns, and also all those pieces or parcels of the townland called Killyberry and containing by estimation forty acres Irish measure in Ballyscullion aforesaid, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Ambrose or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements, as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Ambrose is […].
