[...] John Wicherley sonne of [...] Wicherley of the late city of Londonderry and Katherine his wife deceased doe conclude and agree that the said John Wicherley and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t with the garden and backside thereunto adioining and belonging scituate and being in Silverstreete in the said late Citty and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]tyes of the said late Citty and conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irishe measure all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William Patshall or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of the Annuncia tion of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Nine pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such furthe r and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof th e said Commissioners and the said William Patshall have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid seaven and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Co mmissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Frances Wray one of the daughters of John Wray of the late Citty of Londonderry deceased do conclude and agree that the said ffrances Wray and her assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s lately built by ffrances [...] William Patshall gent[leman] att their propp[er] costs and chardges and the [...]age belonging or app[er]teining and all edifices and buildings thereuppon [...]ing without the walls of the said late Citty and neere unto the Shell quay [...] kill neere adioining to the said Shell key all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now [...] in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William Patshall or his assignes for the term of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said ffrances Wray have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The foresaid seaven and twenty day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Pattshall gent[leman] one of the Aldermen of the late Citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said William Pattshall and his assignes shall have and hold one garden plott and p[ar]cell of [...] conteining by estimac[i]on five and twenty p[er]ches Irishe measure neere unto the [...] of the said late Citty and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William Pattshall or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of The Annunciation of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Hanford beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the said William

[…] John Wicherley, son of  […] Wicherley of the late city of Londonderry, and Katherine his wife, deceased, do conclude and agree that the said John Wicherley and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the garden and backside thereunto adjoining and belonging, situate and being in Silver Street in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said William Pateshall or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said William Pateshall have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid seven and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Frances Wray, one of the daughters of John Wray of the late city of Londonderry, deceased, do conclude and agree that the said Frances Wray and her assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, with the appurtenances, lately built by Frances  […] William Pateshall, gentleman, at their proper costs and charges, and the  […]age belonging or appurtaining, and all edifices and buildings thereupon  […]ing without the walls of the said late city and near unto the Shell quay  […] kill near adjoining to the said Shell quay, all which premises now  […] in the tenure or occupation of the said William Pateshall or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained.
