T he said nine and twentieth day of August the said Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Thomas Woleridge [...] Slater doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas and his assignes shall ha ve and hold one parcell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the Island of Derry conteining by estimac[i]on three [...] and an halfe Irishe measure and adioining to the now dwelling house and other land in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Thomas with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commission[er]s and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Thomas is not tied to reparations or residence uppon the p[re]misses as the said Edward is because there is not any cabbin or building uppon the p[re]misses In witnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Wooleridge have putt to their hands the day [and] yeare abovewritten:

Thomas Burgess

The said nine and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners and Thomas Burgesse of the late Citty of Londonderry Taylor doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Burgesse and his assignes shall have and hold one little p[ar]cell of land w[i]th the appurten[a]nc[e]s and a cabbin thereuppon erected scituate and being on the backside of Silverstreete in the said late Citty and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Thomas Burgesse or his assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of Thirteene shillings and fower pence sterling paiable in such mannner and with uppon and under the like condic[i]on covenants and agreements as conteined in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley :

Martha Killey

The said nine and twentieth day of August the said Commissioners and Martha Killey of the late Citty of Londonderry widdow agree that the said Martha Killey and her assignes shall have and hold one p[ar]cell of land neere the Bowling [...] without the walls of the said late Citty and one Cottage thereuppon erected w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Martha or her assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of thirteene shillings and fower pence sterling paiable in such manner and with and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteined in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and [th]e aforesaid Edward Rowley :

The said nine and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Woleridge  […], slater, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas and his assigns shall have and hold one parcel of land with the appurtenances in the Island of Derry, containing by estimation three  […] and an half Irish measure and adjoining to the now dwelling house and other land in the tenure or occupation of the said Thomas, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Thomas is not tied to reparations or residence upon the premises as the said Edward is because there is not any cabin or building upon the premises. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Thomas Woleridge have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Thomas Burgess

The said nine and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners and Thomas Burgess of the late city of Londonderry, tailor, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Burgess and his assigns shall have and hold one little parcel of land with the appurtenances, and a cabin thereupon erected, situate and being on the backside of Silver Street in the said late city and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Thomas Burgess or his assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of thirteen shillings and four pence sterling payable in such mannner and with, upon, and under the like condition, covenants, and agreements as contained in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley:

Martha Killey

The said nine and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners and Martha Killey of the late city of Londonderry, widow, agree that the said Martha Killey and her assigns shall have and hold one parcel of land near the Bowling  […] without the walls of the said late city, and one cottage thereupon erected with the appurtenances and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Martha or her assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of thirteen shillings and four pence sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley:
