The said nine and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Henry Coates of Fycorranagh in the county of Donegal, esquire, and William Walter of the late city of Londonderry, barber-surgeon, do conclude and agree that the said Henry and William and their assigns shall have and hold one parcel of land containing by estimation one acre and two perches Irish measure, with the appurtenances, lying without the walls of the said late city near Bishops Gate, and adjoining to the old churchyard and to lands now or late in the tenure of Simon Pitts or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Hanford beforenamed are contained. The thirtieth day of the said month of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Anthony Finch of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Anthony and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the garden, backside, and stable thereunto belonging in Silver Street in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure. All which premises late were in the tenure or occupation of John Sadler or his assigns, and also all those lands with the appurtenances in the Island of Derry containing by estimation three roods and three and thirty perches Irish measure and lying to the River of Foyle, and now or late in the several tenures or occupations of Henry Finch and Stafford Watts or their assigns, and one other parcel of land in the said Island containing by estimation one rood Irish measure and now or late in the occupation of Simon Pitts or his assigns, and lying near the Ferry Gate, and all cabins and buildings thereupon, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
