The aforesaid nineteenth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Bingham of the late citty of Londonderry Buttonmaker and luke Ashe of the said late citty marchant doe conclude and agree that the said John and Luke and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden [and] backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s on the west side of Gratious streete in the said late citty and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Bingham or his assignes and one p[ar]cell of land and bogg with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on sixteene acres Irish measure within the lib[er]tyes of the said late citty and lieing to the way leading from the said late citty to Ellogh Castle with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of the An[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Six pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under [and] uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John and Luke have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid nineteenth day of August the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Clemens of the late citty of Londonderry gent[leman] for and on the behalfe of John Hanford of the said late citty victuler doe conclude and agree that the said John Hanford and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Gratious streete in the said late citty and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes and one garden heretofore belonging to or enioyed with the said messuage and eight acres of land now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Richard Pacey or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Clemens have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid nineteenth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Bingham of the late city of Londonderry, buttonmaker, and Luke Ash of the said late city, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said John and Luke and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside, with the appurtenances, on the west side of Gracious Street in the said late city and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John Bingham or his assigns, and one parcel of land and bog, with the appurtenances, containing by estimation sixteen acres Irish measure, within the Liberties of the said late city and lying to the way leading from the said late city to Elagh Castle, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John and Luke have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid nineteenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Clemens of the late city of Londonderry, gentleman, for and on the behalf of John Hanford of the said late city, victualler, do conclude and agree that the said John Hanford and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside with the appurtenances in Gracious Street in the said late city and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, and one garden heretofore belonging to or enjoyed with the said messuage, and eight acres of land now or late in the tenure or occupation of Richard Pacey or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon, such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
