The said twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and ffranncis Haward of Camos in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said ffranncis and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t built by William Taylor att his propp[er] costs and chardges and the garden and backside thereunto belonging scituate and being neere unto the fferry key within the Island of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said ffranncis Haward or his assignes and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds and tenn shillings sterling pa yable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Co mmissioners and the said ffranncis Haward have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The twentieth day of the said month of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Henry Osbourne, one of the Aldermen of the late city of Londonderry, for and on the behalf of Patrick Richart of the said late city, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Patrick and his assigns shall have and hold two messuages or tenements with the appurtenances, the one of them in Silver Street and the other of them in the Butchers Row in the said late city, and the gardens and backsides thereunto belonging in the said late city, and two parcels of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, and containing by estimation […] acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Patrick or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained. The said twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Francis Haward of Camus [Macosquin] in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Francis and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement built by William Taylor at his proper costs and charges, and the garden and backside thereunto belonging, situate and being near unto the ferry quay within the Island of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Francis Haward or his assigns, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
