The said twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Commission and Leonard Davies [...] doe conclude and agree that the said Leonard Davies and his assigns shall have and hold [...] messuage or tenem[en]t lately built by the said Leonard at his proper costs and charges and the backside thereunto belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Pumpstreete in the late citty of Londonderry with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or f ormerly enjoyed therewith with the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffourty shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in such manner and a t such days and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts a nd agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley E squire beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Leonard Davies have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Smith of the late citty of Londonderry Taylor doe conclude and agree that the said John Smith and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement built by the said John att his owne propp[er] costs and chardges and the backside to the said messuage or tenem[en]t belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Pumpstreete in the said late citty with all waies and passages to the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffourty six shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and [th]e like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[missioner]s and Edward Rowley esquire beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Smith have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

John Cottesmoore 18.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Smith of the late city of Londonderry, tailor, do conclude and agree that the said John Smith and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement built by the said John at his own proper costs and charges, and the backside to the said messuage or tenement belonging, with the appurtenances, in Pump Street in the said late city, with all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of forty-six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained. The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Cottesmore of the late city of Londonderry, vintner, do conclude and agree that the said John Cottesmore and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside with the appurtenances, in or near the market-place in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, and one other messuage or tenement in Butchers Row in the said late city, built by the said John at his own proper costs and charges, and the backside with the appurtenances thereunto belonging. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirteen pounds six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained.
