The aforesaid twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by virtue of the said commission and John Kelley of the late city of Londonderry Mason do conclude and agree that the said John Kelley and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and back side with the appurten[a]nc[e]s in Bishopsgatestreete in the late city of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes and all buildings thereuppon with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Kelley have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John White of the late citty of Londonderry Pewterer doe conclude and agree that the said John White and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t with the backside thereunto adioining now or late in [th]e tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John White or his assignes [and] scituate and being in Bishoppsgatestreete in the said late citty of Londonderry and one peece or p[ar]cell of land within the lib[er]tyes of the said late Cittie conteining by estimac[i]on six acres Irishe measure and now or late to the said Messuage or tenement belonging or therewith enioyed with all waies [and] passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said John White have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The foresaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Mathew Thomson of the late citty of Londonderry taylor doe conclude and agree that the said Mathew and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and garden and backside thereunto adioining in or neere the markett place in the said late citty of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Ninian English or his assignes and one peece or p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late citty conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irishe measure and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Ninian Englishe or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Nyne pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner [and] att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts [and ag]reements a s in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Mathew Thomson have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Kelley of the late city of Londonderry, mason, do conclude and agree that the said John Kelley and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Bishopsgate Street in the late city of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, and all buildings thereupon with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said John Kelley have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John White of the late city of Londonderry, pewterer, do conclude and agree that the said John White and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the backside thereunto adjoining, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John White or his assigns and situate and being in Bishopsgate Street in the said late city of Londonderry, and one piece or parcel of land within the Liberties of the said late city containing by estimation six acres Irish measure and now or late to the said messuage or tenement belonging or therewith enjoyed, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. The foresaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Matthew Thomson of the late city of Londonderry, tailor, do conclude and agree that the said Matthew and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and garden and backside thereunto adjoining in or near the market-place in the said late city of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Ninian English or his assigns, and one piece or parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Ninian English or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
