during the said term And that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and sett out unto the said George William and Adam or their assignes from tyme to tyme duringe the s aid term by the Woodward or other Officer of his Ma[ies]ty his heires [and] s uccessors rough tymber for buildinge the said howse and houseboote and other wood for ploughboote and cartboote in convenient places within the late County of Londonderry to be spent upon the p[re]miss es and not elsewhere, And that his Ma[ies]ty will be gratiously pleased to confirme this agreem[en]t by his L[ett]res Pattents under the great seale of England, And that the said George William and Adam shall covenant and grannt thereby for them their heires Executors Administrators and Assignes to p[er]forme what is hereby agreed on their part In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said George Long , William Boggs , and Adam ffargason have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said nyne and twentieth day of July the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Symon Richardson of Magherelean in the County of Antrym gent[leman] Richard Bickerstaffe of Lambegge in the county of Antrym gent[leman] and William Betts of Moruske in the County of Antrim gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Symon, Richard and William and their assignes shall have and hold All those Townelands and p[ar]cells of land with their appurten[an]c[e]s com[m]only called or knowne by the severall names of Ardena, Upper Articleave, Lower Articleave, Dartrie Moore, Dartrie begge, Dartrie ffoxfort Lower Dartrie Ballemoney bogge and Ballywollen or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any part thereof are called or knowne by All w[hi]ch premisses conteyne by estimac[i]on seaven hundred nynety and three acres Irishe measure and are lyinge and beinge in the p[ar]ish of Dumboe in the late County of Londonderry, And all the Watercorne mill and ffulling mill in Articleave aforesaid with their appurten[an]c[e]s, and all waters watercourses and streames thereunto belonginge or therew[i]th enioyed and the moulture, and toll to the said Cornemill belonging and allso all Cabbyns houses edifices and buildings uppon the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof, and all wayes and passages to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof belonging or formerly used, Exceptinge and reservinge unto his Ma[ies]ty h is heires and Successors the great Bogge p[ar]cell of Ballimoney bog

And that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and set out unto the said George, William, and Adam or their assigns, from time to time during the said term by the Woodward or other Officer of his Majesty, his heirs and successors rough timber for building the said house and houseboot, and other wood for ploughboot and cartboot in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry, to be spent upon the premises and not elsewhere. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England. And that the said George, William, and Adam shall covenant and grant thereby for them, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on their part. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said George Long, William Boggs, and Adam Ferguson have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said nine and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Simon Richardson of Magheralane in the county of Antrim, gentleman, Richard Bickerstaffe of Lambeg in the county of Antrim, gentleman, and William Betts of Moyrusk in the county of Antrim, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Simon, Richard, and William and their assigns shall have and hold all those townlands and parcels of land with their appurtenances commonly called or known by the several names of Ardina, Articlave Upper, Articlave Lower, Dartrie Moore [Dartress], Dartrie begge [Dartress], Dartrie ffoxfort [Dartress], Lower Dartrie [Dartress], Ballemoney bogge [Ballymoney], and Ballywoolen, or by whatsover other name or names the same or any part thereof are called or known by. All which premises contain by estimation seven hundred ninety and three acres Irish measure, and are lying and being in the parish of Dunboe in the late county of Londonderry. And all the water corn-mill and fulling-mill in Articlave aforesaid, with their appurtenances, and all waters, watercourses, and streams thereunto belonging or therewith enjoyed, and the multure and toll to the said corn-mill belonging, and also all cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings upon the aforesaid premises or any part thereof, and all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly used.
