The second day of August in the ffifteenth yeare of his Ma[ies]t[ie]s raigne Annoq[ue] d[omi]ni 1639 the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Christopher Staynesby of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Christopher his heires and assignes shall have and hold for ever All that Towneland com[m]onlye called or knowne by the name of Drum[m]lara with th[e] appurten[an]c[e]s in Desart Toughell within the proporc[i]on of land called the Mercers Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Mercers in the late County of Londonderry or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or knowne by and contein ing by estimation two hundred and eight acres of land, pasture, Woodland [...] Irishe measure, and all the Messuages, Cabyns, houses, ed ifices and buildings thereup[p]on, And allso all waies and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed The same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]tie his heires and Successors as of s uch manor as his Majesty shall erect create or make of or within the said Proportion of land called the Mercers Proporc[i]on, And with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of three po unds sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes a nd suit at court and mill and with upon and under such and the like further reservac[i]ons, liberties powers tenures services covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agr eement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are con tained In witness whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Christopher Stansby have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said second day of August, The foresaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John Ley of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry Marchant doe conclude, and agree that the said John Ley his heires and assignes shall have and hold for ever, All that Towne land commonly called or knowne by the name of Lissaboy or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne by, And all the Messuages cabins houses edifices and buildings thereup[p]on, All which pre mises are lying and

The second day of August in the fifteenth year of his Majesty’s reign, annoque domini 1639, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Christopher Stansby of Coleraine in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Christopher, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Laragh, with the appurtenances in Desertoghill within the Proportion of land called the Mercers’ Proportion or late Manor of Mercers in the late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or known by and containing by estimation two hundred and eight acres of land, pasture, woodland […] Irish measure, and all the messuages, cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon. And also all ways and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the said Proportion of land called the Mercers’ Proportion. And with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill, and with, upon, and under such and the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained.
