The [...] day of [...] August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Robert Thornton esquire one of the Allder men of the late city of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Thornton his heires and assignes shall have and ho ld forever all that Townland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of [...] with the appurtenances or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert Thornton or his assignes And all the Messuages Cabyns howses edifices [and] bu ildings thereupon All which premisses are lyinge and beinge within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Goldsmithes Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Goldsmithes Hall in the late County of Londonderry And allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid premisses or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed the rewith The same p[re]misses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Succes sors as of such Mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect create or make of or w ithin the aforesaid proporc[i]on called the Goldsmithes proporc[i]on with a nd under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of [...] pounds and ffifteene shillings paiable in such manner and at such dayes and tymes and suit att Court and mill in the sa id Proportion and with up[p]on and under the like further reservac[i]ons liberties powers tenures services covenants and agreements a s in the aforesaid Agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Robert Thorneton have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

And all the messuages, cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Goldsmiths’ Proportion or late Manor of Goldsmiths’ Hall in the late county of Londonderry. And also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Goldsmiths’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of […] pounds and fifteen shillings payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained. All which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Fishmongers’ Proportion or late Manor of Walworth in the late county of Londonderry. And also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed.
