edifices and buildings thereupon all which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion or late Manor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry and also all ways and passages to the a foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enioyed The same p remises to be holden of his Majesty his heirs and Successors as of such Mannor as his Majesty shall erect create or make of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on call ed the Skinners’ Proportion with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes, and suit att Court and m ill within the said Proporc[i]on And with up[p]on and under the like futher reser vations powers, tenures services coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the af oresaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]ssioners and John Ley beforen amed are conteyned save only that the howse to be built by the said John Heatley is to con tain four roomes att the least and he is not bound by this agreem[en]t to b uild a house of sixe roomes as the said John Ley by his said Agreem[en]t is to do In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]ission ers and the said Robert Thorneton have putt to their hands the day and yeare abo vewritten:

The aforesaid Eighth day of August the aforesaid C ommissioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said Com[m]ission and Robert Watson of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] Doe c onclude and agree that the said Robert Wattson his heires and assignes shall have and hold for ever all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of D[...] w[i]th th[e] appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne And all the Messuages cabins howses edifices and buildings thereup[p]on all which p[re]misses are lyinge and beinge within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Skinners’ Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Pellipar in the late County of Londonderry And allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therew[i]th enioyed, the same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Successors as of such Mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect, create or make of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on called the Skynners Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner [and] att such dayes and tymes [and] suit att Court and mill within the said Proportion and with upon and under the like further reservac[i]ons liberties powers tenures services coven[an]ts [and] agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Watson have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The [...] day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and George Downing of Ballykelly in the late county of Londonderry gentleman for and on the behalfe of James Higgons of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late County of Londonderry gentleman do conclude and agree that the sa id [...] said James [...]

The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times, and suit at court and mill within the said Proportion. And with, upon, and under the like futher reservations, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Ley beforenamed are contained, save only that the house to be built by the said John Heatly is to contain four rooms at the least and he is not bound by this agreement to build a house of six rooms as the said John Ley by his said agreement is to do. The aforesaid eighth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Watson of Coleraine in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Watson, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of D[…], with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known. And all the messuages, cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion or late Manor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry. And also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill within the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Hudson beforenamed are contained.
