The said foure and twentieth day of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Laughlyn Rosse and John Rosse of Clandermott within the liberties of the late Citty of Londonderry yeomen doe conclude and agree that the said Laughlyn [and] John and their assignes shall have and hold all those three Townelands with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Clandermott aforesaid com[m]only called or knowne by the severall name or names of Corefree, Gortetanney and Crevdonnell or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on five hundred and ffifty acres Irishe measure and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith, with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of five and twenty pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and upon such like condic[i]on, coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Robert Younge beforenamed are conteined. The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Laughlyn Ross and John Ross of Clondermot within the Liberties of the late city of Londonderry, yeomen, do conclude and agree that the said Laughlyn and John and their assigns shall have and hold all those three townlands with the appurtenances in Clondermot aforesaid, commonly called or known by the several name or names of Curryfree, Gortenny, and Creevedonnell, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, containing by estimation five hundred and fifty acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of five and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Young beforenamed are contained. The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and David Pool of Clondermot within the Liberties of the late city of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said David and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Fincarn, with the appurtenances in Clondermot aforesaid, or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation four-score and four acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and William Simpson beforenamed are tied or bound to build one house as the said William by his agreement is to do. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said David Pool have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
