The said seventeenth day of August the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and William Ohalae of Ardikelley in the late county of Londonderry [...] do conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or Tenem[en]t with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Ardikelley aforesaid wherein the said William now dwelleth and the garden and backside thereunto belonging and one house and [...] p[ar]cells of land in Ardikelley aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on ninteene acres Irish measure now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Henry Kellsoe or his assignes and all ways and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonging or therewith formerly enjoyed with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and times and with under and uppon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid ag reement made by the said Commissioners and Margaret [and] Rob[er]t mc Leland beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said William is not to build an house In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William O’Halley have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said seaventeenth day of August the said Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Houston of Balteaghe in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or knowne by the seve ral name or names of Grange and Ballehannon with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aughlowe in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by e stimation two hundred fourty and ffive acres Irish measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith Excepting [and] res[er]ving the mountaine in the said townland called Ballehannan for turffe and bogg for his ma[ies]t[ie]s other ten[a]nts and with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of three and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and ty mes and with under and uppon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Margaret mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commiss ioners and the said John Houston have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Robert Lenton 9.

The said seaventeenth day of August the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Lenton of Aughlowe in the late countie of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Lenton and his assignes shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or knowne by the name of Bally mc Gillyn with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aughlowe aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on seaven and ffifty acres Irishe measure and all that halfe Townland with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aughlow aforesaid called or knowne by the name of Ballimakyn or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne con taining by estimac[i]on threescore and ffifteene acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings th ereupon and allsoe all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of tenn pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under [and] upon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and Margaret mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are conteyned

The said seventeenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William O’Halley of Artikelly in the late county of Londonderry,  […], do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the appurtenances in Artikelly aforesaid, wherein the said William now dwelleth, and the garden and backside thereunto belonging, and one house and  […] parcels of land in Artikelly aforesaid containing by estimation ninteen acres Irish measure, now or late in the tenure or occupation of Henry Kelso or his assigns, and all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith formerly enjoyed, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained, save only that the said William is not to build an house. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said William O’Halley have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said seventeenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Houston of Balteagh in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Grange and Ballyhanna with the appurtenances in Aghanloo in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred forty and five acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith. Excepting and reserving the mountain in the said townland called Ballyhanna for turf and bog for his Majesty’s other tenants, and with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of three and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John Houston have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Robert Lenton 9.

The said seventeenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Robert Lenton of Aghanloo in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Lenton and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Ballymaglin with the appurtenances in Aghanloo aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation seven and fifty acres Irish measure, and all that half townland with the appurtenances in Aghanloo aforesaid called or known by the name of Ballimakyn, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation three-score and fifteen acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Margaret McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained,
