do conclude and agree that the said Alexander Dray and his assigns shall have and hold [...] cottage garden [...] with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s Irish measure [...] als[o] Ergina and in the parish of Killrea aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Alexander or his assigns and allsoe all waies and passages to the foresaid premisses or any p[ar]t thereof bel onging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned save onely that whereas the said James and his assignes are to mainteyne and keepe one muskett furnished the said Alexander and his assignes are by this agreement during [th]e said terme to find mainteyne and keepe uppone the p[re]misses for the service of his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors one corslett and pike furnished and noe muskett furnished in such such manner as the said James is to keepe a muskett furnished In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Alexander Dray have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

do conclude and agree that the said Alexander Dray and his assigns shall have and hold […] cottage, garden, […] with the appurtenances Irish measure […] also Ergina [Erganagh], and in the parish of Kilrea aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Alexander or his assigns, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, save only that whereas the said James and his assigns are to maintain and keep one musket furnished, the said Alexander and his assigns are by this agreement during the said term to find, maintain, and keep upon the premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors one corslet and pike furnished and no musket furnished in such such manner as the said James is to keep a musket furnished. The said five and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Goodman of Kilrea aforesaid, carpenter, do conclude and agree that the said William Goodman and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside, and all buildings thereupon and all those lands, pasture, meadow, bog, and wood with the appurtenances containing by estimation four-score and one acres Irish measure, all which premises now are in the tenure or occupation of the said William or his assigns and are in the parish of Kilrea in the late county of Londonderry and are part and parcel of the townland called Moynock, also Macktuncke [Moyknock], and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the same term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, save only that whereas the said James and his assigns are to maintain and keep one musket furnished, the said William Goodman and his assigns are by this agreement during the said term to find, maintain, and keep upon the premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors one corslet and pike furnished and no musket furnished in such manner as the said James is to keep a musket furnished.
