The said seventh day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Shane O Cahan of Bannaher in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] sonne and heire of Gery Mc [...] O’Cahan gent[leman] deceased doe conclude and agree that the said Shane O’Cahan his heires and assignes shall have and hold for ever All that towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of [...] with the appurtenanc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and all Cabyns, howses, edifices, and buildings thereup[p]on, All which premisses are lyinge and beinge in Bannaher aforesaid within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Skynners proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Pellipar in the la te county of Londonderry, And allso all waies and passages to the said premises or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed The s ame premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires, and Successors as of such Man or as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skynners Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of Twenty sixe shillings and eight pence sterlinge paiable in such Manner and att such days and tymes and suit att Court and mill in the said Proporc[i]on an d with upon and under the like further Reservac[i]ons liberties Powers T enures Services Covenants and agre ements as in the aforesaid Ag reement made by the said Com missioners and Ferdora O Cahan , ge ntleman beforenamed are cont ained In witness whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Shane O’Cahan have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewr itten:

The Eighth day of the said Moneth of Au gust the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said commission and Tomlin Mc Owen Mc Shane Murray O'Mullan [...] Owen Mc Shane Murray O Mullan gent[leman] do conclude and agree that the said Tomlyn his heyres and assigns shall have and hold for ever, all those two Townelands com[m]only called or known by the name or names of Tafnymcgillemurry ca[...] called Altenner with the appurtenances or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or knowne and parcel of the Ballibetoe called Ballemullan, And all the Cabyns houses edifices and buildings thereup[p]on, all which premisses are lyinge and being in the p[ar]ish of Bannaher within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Skynners proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry, And allso all waies and passages to the fore said premises or any parte thereof belonginge or therewith enjoyed The same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heirs and Suc cessors as of such manor

The said seventh day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Shane O’Cahan of Banagher in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, son and heir of Gerry Mc[…] O’Cahan, gentleman, deceased, do conclude and agree that the said Shane O’Cahan, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of […], with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises are lying and being in Banagher aforesaid within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion or late Manor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry. And also all ways and passages to the said premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of twenty-six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Ferdora O’Cahan, gentleman, beforenamed are contained. The eighth day of the said month of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Tomlin McOwen McShane Murray O’Mullan […] Owen McShane Murray O’Mullan, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Tomlin, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all those two townlands commonly called or known by the name or names of Tamnagh ca[…] called Altinure Upper, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, and parcel of the ballibetoe called Ballemullan. And all the cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being in the parish of Banagher within the Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion or late Manor of Pellipar in the late county of Londonderry. And also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor
