The foresaid three and twentieth day of September the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Michaell Machett of Magherafelt in the late count y of Londonderry Clearke doe conclude and agree that the said Michaell and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement one barne one stable garden and backside thereunto adioining [...] in Magharafelt aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Michaell or his assignes and all that Towneland called or knowne by the name of Donnaghe Money with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magharafelt aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne containing by estimac[i]on one hundred ninetie and eight acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like exce ptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and James Young beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said Michaell is not by this agreement tyed or bound to build an house as the said James Young by his said agreement is to doe and w[i]th this further agreement that the said Michaell and his assignes shall within two yeares now next comeing fence inclose and incoppice with dikes and double quicksett five acres Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcell of the foresaid p[re]misses and the same fences and inclosures shall well and sufficiently p[re]serve and keepe during the said terme and allsoe the same five acres shall during the said terme p[re]serve and keepe as Copicewoods from hurt and spoile and uppon everie fell that shal[l] be made thereof shall new incopice the same after the manner and usage in England and shall allsoe p[re]serve and keepe upon every acre of [th]e foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods soe to be incoppiced as aforesaid thirty young storiers and thirtie standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make timber trees. Robert Waringe

The foresaid three and twentieth day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Michael Matchett of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, clerk, do conclude and agree that the said Michael and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, one barn, one stable, garden, and backside thereunto adjoining […] in Magherafelt aforesaid, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Michael or his assigns, and all that townland called or known by the name of Dunamoney with the appurtenances in Magherafelt aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred ninety and eight acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Michael is not by this agreement tied or bound to build a house as the said James Young by his said agreement is to do, and with this further agreement that the said Michael and his assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett five acres Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and also the same five acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods, so to be encoppiced as aforesaid, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees. Robert Waring

The foresaid three and twentieth day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Waring of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Robert and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, stable, garden and backside, and one parcel of land in Magherafelt aforesaid, containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, and part of the townland commonly called or known by the name of Ballyheifer with the appurtenances in Magherafelt aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, and containing by estimation two hundred and five acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, excepting and reserving unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors the millhouse and water-mill called Magherafelt mill, with the appurtenances and convenient way and passage thereunto, and the milldam, watercourses and waterlays, and a small parcel of land to the said mill belonging, with the like further such exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of eighteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Robert is not tied or bound to build a house as the said James by his agreement is to do, and with this further agreement that the said Robert and his assigns shall, within […] years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett […] acres Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid
