The said tenthe day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by virtue of the said Commission and Rory o Harron of Com[m]er als[o] Cumber in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Rory O Harron and his assignes shall have and hold all those fower Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or n ames of [...] Drumlerigge BalleDunnegan and Tamny Aghlagan als[o] [Tamny] Aghan with th e appurtenances in Ballynascreen and Bannacher als[o] Bannacher cum Dungevon in the late county of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same or anie of them be called or knowne and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages unto the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like E xceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Sixe and ffifty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and times and with under and upon such surther and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Owen Oge O Hagan beforenamed are conteined with this further agreement that the said Rory and his assignes shall within two yeares now next comeing fence inclose and incoppice with dikes and double quicksett tenn acres of Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds p[ar]cell of the foresaid premisses and the same soe fenced and inclosed shall well and sufficiently p[re]serve and keep during the said terme and allsoe the same tenn acres shall during the said terme p[re] serve and keep as Coppicewoods from hurt and spoile and uppon every fell that shal[l] be made there of shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England and shall p[re]serve and keepe upon every acre of the foresaid woodground uppon every felling and cutting of the said woods soe to be incopiced thirtie young storiers and thirtie standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make timber trees In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Rory o Harron have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said tenth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Rory O’Harron of Commer, also Cumber, in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Rory O’Harron and his assigns shall have and hold all those four townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of […]Drumard, Ballydonegan, and Tamny Aghlagan, also Aghan [Tamnyagan], with the appurtenances in Ballynascreen and Banagher, also Banagher cum Dungiven in the late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of six and fifty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such surther and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Owen Oge O’Haggan beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said Rory and his assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett ten acres of Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same so fenced and enclosed shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and also the same ten acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods so to be encoppiced, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees.
