The said ninth day of July the said Commissioners and Richard Bennett of Colerane glasier doe agree that the said Richard Bennett and his assignes shall have and hold Two cottages and gardens with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Coleraine the one of them being late in the occupac[i]on of John Burch or his assignes and the other of them being late in the occupac[i]on of Edward Bows or his assignes for the like term and under the yearly rent of ffourty shillings paiable in such manner and with and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteyned in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The Tenth day of the said moneth of July the afore said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Andrew of Coleraine aforesaid Carpenter doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Andrew and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement building [...] and wherein he now dwelleth and lyeing on the [...] garden and backside to the said messuage belonging w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and allsoe seaven closes or parcells of land and pasture w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on fourty and seaven acres Irish measure and late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Katherine ffowchler and lyeing to the lands late in the occupac[i]on of Peter Jackson on the one side and the highway leading from the towne of Colerane to Dunluce on the other side w[i]th all waies and passages to the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and w[i]th under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Andrew th[e] elder beforenamed are conteined and with this further excepc[i]on of all those fower Cabyns and Creets w[i]th thir gardens adioining to the foresaid p[re]misses or thereunto belonging. The said ninth day of July, the said commissioners and Richard Bennett of Coleraine, glazier, do agree that the said Richard Bennett and his assigns shall have and hold two cottages and gardens with the appurtenances in Coleraine, the one of them being late in the occupation of John Burch or his assigns and the other of them being late in the occupation of Edward Bows or his assigns, for the like term, and under the yearly rent of forty shillings payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.

The tenth day of the said month of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Andrew of Coleraine aforesaid, carpenter, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Andrew and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement building […] and wherein he now dwelleth, and lying on the […] garden, and backside to the said messuage belonging, with the appurtenances, and also seven closes or parcels of land and pasture with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, containing by estimation forty and seven acres Irish measure, and late in the tenure or occupation of Katherine Fowchler, and lying to the lands late in the occupation of Peter Jackson on the one side and the highway leading from the town of Coleraine to Dunluce on the other side, with all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Andrew, the elder, beforenamed are contained, and with this further exception of all those four cabins and creets with thir gardens adjoining to the foresaid premises or thereunto belonging.
