The said nineteenth day of July the said Commissioners and John Howden of Colerane aforesaid Shippcarpenter doe agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the Scotts quarter in Colerane aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of ffower and twenty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteyned in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .
