The [...] day of the said monethe of September the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said Commission and Thomas Adams of Colerane in the late Countie of Londonderry [...] do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Adams and his assignes shall have and hold one peece or p[ar]cell of land p[ar]t of the Common in Colerane aforesaid conteining one acre [...] Irish measure and bounding to lands now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Tristram Beresford th[e] elder esq uire or his assignes east and to other lands now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of William [...]cent or his assignes [...] with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty shillings st erling payable in such manner and att such daies and times and w[i]th under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and John Smith beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Thomas Adams have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

quay or wharf, and […] and the same so […] all the end expiration or other determination of the said term shall be […] unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors, and that Simon, Paul, Richard, William, and William and their deputies and assigns shall and will during the said term use the best diligence and care which they and every of them can or may, in giving notice and also in making stay, then no goods shall or may be brought to or loaded from the said quay or wharf but such as the custom and subsedy thereof shall be beforehand duly paid or secured to his Majesty, his heirs or successors. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England, and that the said Simon, Paul, Richard, William, and William shall covenant and grant thereby for them, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on their parts. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Simon, Paul, Richard, William, and William have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
