The eighth day of the said moneth of July the aforesaid C ommissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and George Cullimore [...] of Colerane Channdler doe conclude and agree that the said George Collymore and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside and buildings thereupon w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid and now in the tenure or o ccupation of the said George Cullimore or his assignes and six closes or parcells of land [...] and pasture w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on thirtie [...] acres and three roods Irish measure now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said George or his assignes and James Patterson the younger or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past And for and under the yearly rent of Nineteene pounds sterling paiable in such maner and att such daies and tymes and w[i]th under and uppon such further and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Andrew th[e] elder beforenamed are conteined. The foresaid eight day of July the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Godfrey one of the Aldermen of Colerane doe conclude and agree th at the said William Godfrey and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage o[...]
[…] on his Majesty’s […] Coleraine aforesaid, […], Richard Robinson and his assigns […] and garden and one piece […], containing by estimation ten acres and two roods Irish measure in Coleraine aforesaid and late in the tenure or occupation of Betterise Mash, widow, deceased, or her assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of four pounds sterling payable in such manner and such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Robinson have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The eighth day of the said month of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Cullimore of Coleraine, chandler, do conclude and agree that the said George Cullimore and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside, and buildings thereupon with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of the said George Cullimore or his assigns, and six closes or parcels of land, […], and pasture with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, containing by estimation thirty […] acres and three roods Irish measure, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said George or his assigns and James Patterson the younger or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past. And for and under the yearly rent of nineteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Andrew, the elder, beforenamed are contained.
