The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Patrick of the town of Colerane Mercer doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Patrick and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t w[i]th the g arden and backside and buildinges thereupon w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the said towne of Coleraine and in the occupac[i]on of the said Robert or his assignes and six acres of land Irish measure now or late in the occupac[i]on of Richard ffourchier or his assignes and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert Patrick w[i]th six acres lye in Colerane aforesaid on the east side of the high way leading from Colerane to Ballimoney with all wayes and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past But for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds and ffifteene shillings sterling paiable in such ma nner and such daies and tymes and w[i]th under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are conteined In wit nes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Robert Patrick have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Phillip Bancks of the T own of Colerane gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Phillip Banks and his assignes shall have and hold All that messuage or tenem[en]t and garden thereunto adioning w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the towne of Colerane aforesaid l ate in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Thomas Graham the younger or his assignes and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Phillip for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and u nder the yearly rent of [...] sterling paiable in such maner and w[i]th upon an d under such further and the like agreem[en]ts coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in the afore said agreement made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles. And for and under the yearly rent of five pounds payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said George Godfrey have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Patrick of the town of Coleraine, mercer, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Patrick and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the garden, and backside and buildings thereupon with the appurtenances in the said town of Coleraine and in the occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, and six acres of land Irish measure now or late in the occupation of Richard Fourchier or his assigns and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert Patrick, with six acres lying in Coleraine aforesaid on the east side of the highway leading from Coleraine to Ballymoney, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past. But for and under the yearly rent of five pounds and fifteen shillings sterling payable in such manner and such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained. The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Phillip Banks of the town of Coleraine, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Phillip Banks and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement and garden thereunto adjoining with the appurtenances in the town of Coleraine aforesaid, late in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Graham, the younger, or his assigns and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Phillip, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of […] sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.
