The said [...] behalfe by [...] widdow doe conclude and agree that the said Ann and her assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement [...] in the New Rowe in the Towne [...] Ann or her assignes for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of Thirty shillings sterling payable in such maner and att such d ays and tymes and w[i]th under and uppon such further and and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles aforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Ann have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:
